Okay, one more time. You cannot abort a baby. You are aborting a zygote or even a fetus, but it is not a baby.
If as you say, it is a baby, why isn't it a tax deduction prior to being born?
Answer: Because the United States Government doesn't recognize it as a human.

Then why oh why do you get charged with double homicide when you kill a mother with unborn human baby?

What is the difference between the fetus, just minutes before birth, and one of the same age that was not aborted?

Again, Roe v. Wade is NOT about late term abortions.

How hard is that for you to understand?

You are right! It's about the unconstutionality of the decision. You will still be able to murder unborn children in select states, until they see the light.

You don't, unless the fetus is more than 24 weeks and in some states you just dont.

My response was to FrankTs statement about the tax deduction, and yes it actually is an unborn child.

Would you still force them to give birth?

So you're OK with baby trafficking?

Because that's what it's going to amount to.

Trafficking of children is a form of human trafficking and is defined by the United Nations as the "recruitment, transportation, transfer, harboring, and/or receipt" kidnapping of a child for the purpose of slavery, forced labour and exploitation. Wikipedia.

Trafficking of children does not meet the your definition of trafficking.

Forcing women, and children to carry a baby to term against their wishes is exploiting them to obtain their babies for adoption.

Handmaid's Tale comes to mind!

it all depends on your mind set......some women see carrying a child as exploitation while other women are overjoyed to have a child and still others take pride in being surrogate mothers. The real issue is how do we form one bill to satisfy the needs of every woman, including the unborn females?

...again, I remind you: if a woman desires real control over her body it begins before the first moment of intimacy with a man. An unwanted pregnancy is the result of lack of control over one's own body, not the cause.
