It can't all be .... I guess you don't see any inflated prices , gas , food and most.things have increased in price . Except of course the value of stock's and most everyone's retirement

That interest rate increase will bring big capital gain taxes to our government as many sold their stocks as the market reacted to it.

As to the prior administration, they are to blame as well as I've noted in the forum in the past. They were slow to acknowledge the issues confronting the country on Covid, had spreader events and did not follow previously instituted response guidelines that were there from 2 prior administrations.
