So many things had to fall into place just so all along the way for my son. Having been septic from head to toe for two months, when they were finally getting that under control (from which he almost died the first day), they discovered an infection around his aortic valve which had been replaced 10 years before. The surgeon said that if they scraped away the infection they would be down into the chamber with no tissue to sew a new valve into. Then he was denied for for the transfer list. After a week of thinking he was going to die, he asked for a second opinion. They asked for one from a doctor at the Cleveland Clinic who looked at his images and said that, yes, he could do the surgery. Evan was flown up my medical jet and had the surgery. He's fine today. When the surgeon took out his valve, he didn't have to do any cutting. He just scooped it out. Who knows what was holding it in. During the two months he was in the hospital he list kidney function and was on dialysis. I can't tell you how bad that is. We knew that Evan would not have wanted to be on dialysis for the rest of his life and prayed hard for his kidneys to come back. The week before he flew up to Cleveland they did. This is a brief synopsis of what happened. There were so many other things along the way that had to happen for Evan to survive....like being transferred from one doctor to another, or even having moved home so I could be there to find him when he got so sick.

One thing that we can learn from Marcion. His dates were 85-160 and he makes a comparison between the Old Testament and New Testament. While some liberals would try to date the N.T. around 500, that would be entirely impossible if Marcion came up with his views on it.

We can’t just blatantly do the old we used to do. Hypothetical a thief pick pocket. He is really good at it make a fine living at he. He then submits his life to Jesus and follows he repents ask for forgiveness and has a change of mind about his sin. He gets a job goes straight, but there is an unexpected emergency. Instead of having the faith that God will carry him through he goes back to the old way and makes a quick buck. After he does it he feels like crap and asks for forgiveness. Keeps it pushin. Before he came to Jesus he sinned constantly didn’t care. After he came to Jesus his whole attitude changed he changed his life and outlook about how he lived. Makes sense
