Still working with my new camera. We had a beautiful crescent moon tonight.Thought I would take a few shots . Clear crisp night here in Wyoming, Michigan.

Thanks. I have a Sony DSH-200 V. I let the camera do the work on this shot. It has a low light moon setting. I used full zoom 60x. I have been truly impressed by some of the great pictures on this site and also the fun ones.

Missed the meteorite shower but already thinking about the possibility of a bright comet next November.

The moon and the night sky are pretty amazing . You got a great shot. It was another pretty crescent moon tonight. It's kind of unusual to have as many clear nights as we have been having latley here in Michigan.
