Good morning from sunny Surrey. Had a great week with the family, doing .oads of fun things. My French is still good and the littles are getting good at English, so we didn’t stop talking the whole time. They left Saturday night and were home by mid morning yesterday. It was great having all the family together after so long.
Tidying up and laundry to do this week then I'm off withe the girls on Friday for a long weekend at Wonderwool.
Happy Monday everyone and stay safe xxx
So glad you had a wonderful time, with your family. This photo is beautiful! xoxoxo

Morning from my little corner of the world. After being kicked off of Knitting Paradise for a long time I am now able to access it. The new format takes some getting use to. There was a topic looking for ugly hedgehogs. Seems many people are missing this format. I think it would be nice to visit with more of our friends from paradise.
No excitement for us on Easter. Just not up to par and did not do anything but rest and eat.
Take care as you enjoy your day.
I hope you are feeling better now, or more up to par, Jinx! xoxoxo

It sounds like a wonderful day for a birthday.
It was an amazing day with far too much food. They opened the fence between their garden and the neighbour's so we had their patio as well. Lots of people. All three sons, four grandsons, one grand-daughter, three great gs's and a few 'foster' grands. It felt more like a belated 80th for me!! I lost count of the neighbours and Harley's friends.
Sorry, no photos as yet.

Thank you. Lack of sleep is my biggest problem. Just cannot sleep because of my sore shoulder. Cannot lay on my back or left side. Believe I over did it by knitting with super bulky yarn. So what do I do while complaining about the achy shoulder. Yup, I knit.
🤣😂🤣 I hope your shoulder decides that it would be much easier to get better, than making you stop knitting ...... keep on working through it! My shoulder is also misbehaving, but I do manage to get some sleep, as I sleep in the prone position; and my shoulder seems to like that position! xoxoxo
Just checking, to see if there’s been an influx of those so frustrated and fed up with the ‘new, improved’ KP which opened last Tuesday. Doesn’t seem like it … yet.

Your are the first one that has come over and commented. It would be nice if you decided to visit us often.

I just might do that. It’s a return to a familiar and relaxing format.

Jinx, just incase you thought I was laughing at your injury; I definitely would not do that ....... but I definitely set my reply in the wrong way; and I profusely apologise for that error. 🤔😒 xoxoxo

I see nothing wrong in your reply at all. I have tried resting it all day by not knitting. Boy has it been a long day. 🙃

This group of ladies is wonderful. I was missing paradise a lot since I was denied access. Now that I can be back there I do not want to be there because it is so wonderful here.

I was surprised when I was allowed access to Paradise how many names I recognized. Seems like they have a devoted fan base. That base is melting with their new format. You may recognize the other members here on hedgehog.

I think Winter has arrived in my region, even though it is a little early.... but I will cope with that. We have had overnight rain, for the last 3 nights, & we have our swimming pool back, & I thought I should post an update of my backyard! Two of my pomegranates are visible on their little bush; & I am really wanting the brightest one to break open, then I can finally have my first one, since I was a very young child! We have only had this bush fora few months, so I wasn't really wasn't expecting any fruit until at least next year, & now I are almost desperate for one of the 3 that are on the little bush, 2 of them might ever be visible on your screens! One is still yellow, &one is a very bright red, but it still hasn't cracked open, YET .... & I am getting really impatient! 🤣😂🤣 xoxoxo

I sincerely hope that your shoulder recouperation is a very short journey!
Unfortunately I have a similar problem with my left shoulder, but the problem starts in my neck, & I don't even know what the original cause of this injury is. I am now waiting for the Public Holidays are finished, so that I can book an appointment with the Physio! xoxoxo
