Taken care of, good lenses will last for decades, even with heavy use. I have an early 1960s 55mm Micro Nikkor that my son uses with an adapter as a 110mm equivalent macro/portrait/tele lens on a Micro 4/3 camera.

I have found KEH ratings to be very conservative.
I even bought a bargain lens and had to look to see what was wrong.
Glass virtually like new, a few scratches on the barrel and all worked flawlessly.
My first choice though is Japanese sellers on eBay.
Always for me perfect items and quick shipping and very reasonable prices.

Thank you to all who have replied. I will probably go with KEH, especially since B&H doesn't have the lens, used, in stock right now.

I bought a used lens, I think it was KEH but its been quite a few years ago. ANy how, the lens had a minor little chip/crack (not sure what it was) out of one edge .
I called them, they took it back no worries and sent another.... I was happy with them.
