Number 2 legs drag eyes away from childs face.

#1 works best for me. I'm drawn to the face.
Number 1 does it for me, like Sarge said: the legs pull the views eyes away from her face. Beautiful little girl, beautiful shot!

I agree I like #1 best but I think that if you crop off both sides of # 2 it would be better as in the first picture her head is very close to the top.
The first one, most definitely.
I like number 2 with a square crop. I don't care for the "shallow" head cut off in number 1. Number 1 might work with a bigger head cut-off...not sure?
No. 1 for me. Less distractions (Feet). I would like just a little more space above the hair.

number one with more hair as Bryan Peterson says get closer and when your there get closer

I think #1 is the better crop.
