There is quite a difference in the two statements that there is no evidence of widespread election fraud and saying that he doesn't say that there was no fraud. The fact of what he said was that there is no evidence of enough fraud to have caused Trump to lose the election, he also faulted Trump's attorneys for pursuing the wrong avenues in challenging the election, he characterized Trump's attorneys as "a clown show".
