Two remotely related stories -
Someone stole a box of human heads from a van in AZ. No, they were not headed ("headed" get it?
) for transplants at a hospital. They were intended for research.
A woman in England has thousands of discarded mannequins stored in a field. It seems that mannequins are often used and discarded, so she decided to "adopt" them. She reconditions and paints them and stores the parts for easy assembly. When people need mannequins, they know where to shop. She occasionally lets people come in and load their cars with them. Most are made of fiberglass, so they would last forever in a landfill.
