Love # 1 the best. #2 cuts away at the beautiful rock structures.
If anything, I'd try to tweak up the foliage color a tad, but the picture is great as it is.

Like the composition on all three. On the color shots, I'd also pump up the color on the foliage (I use curves on LightRoom 3, but most software can do it.)

Nice shots of the mill! You also have captured the falls with perfect exposure. I prefer the first one, and although I'm no a fan of a lot of saturation, I would bump it up just a tad. I've visited the mill before, but it was in mid summer. I'd like to make the trip in fall sometimes. Thanks for sharing!

Get images overall. If you really want to compare your pictures submit them to 72dpi.
