There are questions to which any answer would incriminate the defendant. Classic example--When did you stop beating your wife?

It's fairly easy to identify when a person posted something. All you have to do is cut & paste the comment and include the upper-right corner of that person's post... it contains the date/time of said post.

I know how it's done, that's not the issue. The problem is that you have to find the quote first, who's going to look through one year of posts from a member to find that out? Nobody is

BS - Whether there's hypocrisy, is a nonstarter. Once the legal process starts, a person may exercise those 5th Amendment rights, and that usage cannot be used in court to determine guilt or innocence. If a prosecutor attempts to use a person's assertion of 5th Amendment Rights, he/she is likely to face sanctions, and risk a mistrial.

You and others are so hell-bent, and insanely occupied with a former President, that you can't see clearly when it comes to Constitutional rights.

Talk about hypocrisy!

not surprisingly, you missed the point.

You have ZERO power or influence to make sure Trump never runs for office again, get over yourself already.

Yeah, Dennis, I can just imagine the situation if Trump were POTUS right now...

From ABC News... and a bit of editing:

HELSINKI -- President Donald Trump said he addressed Russia's interference in the U.S. 2016 election supposed invasion of Ukraine and that President Vladimir Putin was "extremely strong" in his denials.

"I have president Putin, he just said it's not Russia an invasion; it's peacekeeping. I will say this. I don't see any reason why it would be [an invasion]," President Trump said, standing at podium side-by-side with the Russian president during a joint press conference with Putin in Helsinki, Finland.

He continued: “So I have great confidence in my intelligence people, but I will tell you that President Putin was extremely strong and powerful in his denial today.”

C'mon, Rac, was my post really that much over your head?

Why don't you tell us what you think Trump would be saying right now, were he in Biden's shoes.

Trump DID side with Putin over keeping Crimea, despite blaming for Obama for letting Putin take it in the first place.

And now we have Trump's answer... he is siding with Putin on the current Ukrainian invasion!!! Thank God Trump is NOT POTUS at this time.
