I have to keep it simply because of my wife allergies. Only kosher salt, black pepper, roasted garlic, fresh basil, butter, balsamic vinegar, mozzarella cheese, avocado oil and little of passion.

In the rib roast I combine avocado oil and butter. Next time time wont use you butter because of 350 degrees smoke point.
