Someone just posted this online and is asking for an ID. He thinks it might be a Cooper's Hawk.

Somebody is taking the mickey here. Penguins do not sit in trees. I have seen thousands of penguins - none in trees. My wife has seen millions of penguins - none in trees. Leaving out whether somebody has parked a stuffed one in a tree.

Thanks. The poster thought it might be that, but he wasn't sure. If only he wasn't so shy and had looked at the camera. : )

It's a rare "Vader's Penguin." It uses the Force to elevate itself and roost in a tree. It has a light side and a dark side.

Are you absolutely positive about that?

Also, I got to wondering about the one in the picture. It was probably in the northern hemisphere and, if so, shouldn't it be hanging upside down???

That’s because you are only seeing them where trees do not grow🤭🤭
