I second Canvas On Demand. About 2 months ago, we ordered 5 Canvas On Demand items, coming from a professional photo-shoot of the family, and got back excellent results.
We prefer the black side border, depth is 1 1/4". You can optionally get a stretched side border where they would extend the edge of pixels to make the side. Below is how they look on the wall.
