Outstanding Work
Happy MLK Day
Beautiful. Love those luscious lips. Kudos on the make-up. Perfect shine and color.
Thank you for your very kind words Ken... They are truly appreciated!
Albeit it is this talent's mesmerizing beauty that is outstanding... and so totally off the scale...
Only one face in hundreds has perfect symmetry like hers... each side being a perfect mirror of other.
This is what an Agency looks for... minimizes the need/requirement for MUA and Post...
Her repertoire on set was also equally remarkable... I was humbled to have the privilege to collaborate with her.
After 40 minutes in my chair we had already bonded intensely before she even stepped on set... I've often heard Photogs remark that "Agency" models have an "Attitude". This has never ever been my experience... Honestly believe that by the time these gifted thespians are signed they know which way the wind blows... And that what goes around comes around.
Here it is the synergy between hair; mua and model that took the narrative entirely to the next level...
I merely recorded what was given to me... virtually no direction on my part was given.
Thanks again... All the best on your journey Ken
Megan as always I truly appreciate you continued support...
"...Love those luscious lips..." All credit here goes to MAC cosmetics Lipglass Lip Gloss
https://www.maccosmetics.com/product/13853/255/products/makeup/lips/lip-gloss/lipglass-clear So totally amazing! Both models and photographers cherish what this brings to the image equation!
That said, just one "Kiss" and it's toast... lol It's so meta-stable I always tell the photographer he/she has 15 minutes at best to capture the brilliant diamond sheen aura latent with this product... albeit I'm always just off camera ready to jump back in to refresh this lip gloss.
Megan be aware that you do not want to use this on an outdoor location shoot or when using a fan to blow the talent's hair... this gloss is like a 1/8 inch thick and will hair stick to it and will make a Train Wreck of the talent's makeup. Seriously!
btw, I never use this on brides... again, one kiss and it's history!
For all my brides I'll only use REVLON ColorStay Overtime (it's a lip stain)
https://www.revlon.com/lips/liquid-lipstick/colorstay-overtime-lipcolor?shade=all-night-fuchsiaIt's totally magic! Brides love it! (that is until the next day when they discover it won't come off without using makeup remover) lol I warned them... But it's the best! Nothing else comes close.
btw, I always give the Maid of Honor the applicator to carry for touchups in the evening since I'm typically only booked for the event (not the reception). I consider it one of the duties of the Maid of Honor...
Hope this helps...
Again all the best on your journey Megan :)
She is indeed beautiful, but the hand, fingers, and fingernails are so very important to this photo; they speak.
Thank you for your continued support Donald and very kind words...
They are deeply appreciated...
And yes she has the elegance and grace of a ballerina as evident in her hand...
A ballerina's hand indeed... As in ballet there isn't a script to carry a narrative in beauty/fashion editorials.
Thus the talent use their hands to bring forth a poignant story to be conveyed...
I always urge young inexperienced emerging talent to invest time in view the "Silent Films" of the mid-1890s to the late 1920s i.e. Charlie Chaplin; Maude Fealy; Louise Brooks etc. Their genus as thespians is absolutely amazing!
Maude Fealy (1883 – 1971) Notice her graceful hands...
(

Louise Brooks (1906 – 1985) Again notice how see "works" her hands...

John again thank you so much for your continued support...
It is truly appreciated!
All the best on your journey...
Beautiful image Thomas - very well captured, as always.
