Another day at the Goleta Slough

Yesterday was another day at the Goleta Slough of taking photos. I also took the woodpecker, sparrow and I think it is a yellow dumped warbler, at another place. I hope you enjoy them.

Excellent, nice selection of birds. Sharpe, no fringing, or obvious processing remnants. Look to be a natural style of images, just what I mainly like.
Do you mean Goleta as in Santa Barabara County, CA?

Actually no, only driven by on the US-101. But I should see about going and taking some photos. I live right near Pismo Beach in SLO Co. Many nature places to visit up here.

Thank you very much. The osprey landed on a sand bar and was sitting quietly with us photographers hoping he would stick around longer. After a couple of minutes a large egret landed next to him. Rather than manning up and tearing the egrets head off at the feet as I expected the osprey flew off.

Thank you very much for the nice compliment. I try to post often and am at the point now where I spend a good part of the day going over photos to post. An enjoyable task or I would not do it. I also like seeing photos from other members and commenting positively about those photos.
