Song Sparrow. Can not be chipping or white throated or white crowned as some suggested since all three of those have plain breasts, not stripped. Luke hit it on the head.

Nat Geo's Field Guide disagrees with your assessment. The juvenile chipping sparrow shows the very stripped breast being displayed. This particular bird shows tendencies of the white-throat sparrow also. It may be a very common hybrid.

At this time of year Chipping Sparrows would be in winter plumage. The stripes are too bold for a juvenile Chipping Sparrow. Savannah Sparrows usually show a yellow lores. The bird in the photograph is a Song Sparrow.
