You should really keep up it was not stolen but left somewhere in public. I do agree that the publication of the contents of one's personal diary is inappropriate. It is a good thing we have the internet police to shield us from things like this and Hunter's laptop pictures and emails!

But it is not a crime, the FBI raided James O’Keefe's home and confiscated phones and computers.... This is just wrong and looks very much like the FBI is acting as Biden's private police force... The constitution itself should be thanking Mitch McConnell for not allowing Garland onto the court.

No... She says it was stolen. The people who have it claim it was "abandoned". Both could be true, if there were a middle man --- who stole the diary, and then "left" it somewhere to be found.
This is also almost exactly the same scenario as Hunter Biden's laptop. It was stolen from him in Las Vegas, and then it turns up "abandoned" in a repair shop in Delaware.
And in both cases, the chain of custody has been broken. As both have been in the hands of an unknown intermediary, NOTHING in them can be trusted to be unaltered.
