It's also clear that if he wasn't an armed criminal; wasn't resisting arrest on an outstanding warrant for armed assault and robbery of a woman, he wouldn't have been accidentally killed.
Since she obviously pulled the trigger, why do you refer to it as an accidental discharge?
Yes, and Alec Baldwin claims that most likely she didn't pull the trigger...

“ an armed criminal”
Who had no weapon
And was not convicted of nothing to date

Link please. Also, do you have even one quote of her saying she didn't pull the trigger? In the case that you are kidding, I missed the humor.

You are free to be illiterate and ignorant of commonly-used terms like 'accidental discharge' often abbreviated as "a.d' You apparently don't even understand the term 'accidental.' But I feel no obligation to assuage your ignorance and/or illiteracy, and encourage you to be less lazy and to look terms up yourself. Especially since your remarks are invariably insulting and often dishonest.

That's what they like to do, run and resist and have outstanding warrants. Is it in their genes or is there something in the water.?

Interesting that some commenters ignore the fact that the CAR is a deadly weapon.

Who are you referring to as "they"?
I watched her testimony yesterday. While she was obviously shaken, she held her ground, even on cross-examination.
Another point to be considered, and that's the expert testimony allowed by the judge that seems to bring doubt to the intention of the police officer to sustain a charge of manslaughter. That she would believe that she had a taser, even when holding her service pistol. The prosecution made a great deal of training simulations and the obvious differences between the tactile feel of a taser vis-a-vis a pistol, but the prosecutor wasn't there.
No matter how many drills and training folks have, the actual moment of engagement is always a crap shoot. Drills do not actually create the mindset a human encounters when faced with lethal danger. I've taken some very realistic training, which included me "getting shot" by a perp. However, it was only training, and deep down inside, I knew it was not a real scenario.
I'm reminded of what General Patton stated when asked if soldiers were scared when put into battle, "Even the finest fox hound's gun shy the first time out."
She underwent a once-in-a-lifetime catastrophic event.

You can tell the officer didn't want to shoot the suspect. She made a mistake. People who criticize this officer should trade places for a day....As said before by others, if the suspect had done what he was told and not resist, we wouldn't be discussing this tragical incident....

Ahh, could be any of the perps that fail to comply, apply any color you like . If he had complied he would not be dead, only has himself to blame.

Somehow your comment seemed pretty "thug" specific.
