Sometimes, I educate the client, gently, rather than accept that they are always right. It's the difference between a seller-customer relationship and a deeper, consultative, seller-client relationship. I want to be the go to for my clients' needs (ones I can solve), because they trust my advice.
My photography and videography life is easier. I'm the shooter, editor, printer, client and critic.
