I have a Pentax K3-ll camera with a 12-24 mm lens that are in very good condition possibly for sale if anyone is interested. I have the box, paperwork, hood, front and back caps. Looking at the values on Ebay and Pentax forum and BH used market I would be asking 700.00 for both and throw in a Pentax 50 mm macro lens that the focus motor stopped working but it still focuses manually with excellent image quality. If anyone is seriously interested I will post pictures. But if you are just curious please don't respond. It is unusual for me to hang on to a camera/lens so long but I love the 12-24 mm lens. I bought the equipment new. It has been sitting on the shelf for awhile now. All offers cheerfully reviewed.

No thanks. At my age I don't think I will buy another camera. I have four or more cameras sitting above my head on a shelf. They are all old and not worth anything but they work so I reckon I will keep them.
What is the shutter count on the camera, and would you sell just the camera w/o the lens, and if so, how much?

I'll have to look up the shutter count and I would prefer to sell the camera with the lens. Thank you!
I would partner up with Louparker and buy just the 12-24mm lens.

I am still using the 300mm lens I bought from Suntouched. The condition of that lens was fine. I do have a wideangle lens, so I am not in the market for this one. Thanks Suntouched.

Thank you! That is a really great lens- almost 3 dimensional images. Some of the pics I took with that lens are still some of the best pics I have.

Ok let me get some pics up of the camera and lens today and if Louparker is still interested works for me. Thanks.

I don't know if you have been following but I have a buyer for the lens if you are still interested in the camera. I will put some pics up today and get the shutter count. Thanks.

Thanks, but after my previous response I researched the K3-II's specs (I should have done that sooner) and I discovered that it does not have a built-in flash (like my K5 and K7 that I use), nor does it have an articulated display. So, bottom line is that even though image-quality wise the K3-II is a better and improved camera compared to my K5, it is missing 2 features that I want for upgrading my K5. It makes little sense for me to spend several hundred dollars for an upgraded DSLR that does not have those features.
Thanks anyway, Lou

Sounds good.

Hey Stan
Louparker is not interested any longer so we are back to square one. Because the camera is very usable and I love the lens I don't want to sell one without the other because now I can at least use the system. Appreciate your interest- thanks.

This turned out OK - with all the Christmas gift purchases coming up that lens would’ve strained my wallet a bit much. I wanted the lens to extend my wide angle reach for my K5 kit.

It's the widest lens I own. When I bought the Pentax camera and lens my main interest was in landscapes and I still do that from time to time. I'll take the combo over to other sites - I have pretty good success on Marketplace and Pentax forum but I always come to UHH first. Thanks for your interest!

Thanks, but after my previous response I researche... (

If you have researched you probably know that the camera has GPS instead of flash which is a helpful addition. I think there were also several upgrades including improved image quality but if the flash and articulated screen are the most important to you then this isn't going to work. Appreciate your interest.
