I have used it as a stand alone and I like it. It's on sale now, with the discount code (AMDISC15) the price is right.
I use it stand alone as well.

I can’t tell you how to do that.
However I have a question, what does Gigapixel do?
[quote=newsguygeorge]This is a Google search. Here is how:
Thanks again George
To access Gigapixel from Photoshop:
File-> Automate-> Topaz Gigapixel AI
Gigapixel AI access is not listed under Filter
I have been using it for a long time and love it . I use it many times when the photo is small and I want it larger . When I first tried it as a trial , I did a test with a 7.5 bit file size photo using Gigapixel to enlarge it 600% and I used PS to enlarge it 600% . Gigapixel won by a mile . As you know , I color a lot of B&W photos or restore photos . Using Gigapixel Al now to enlarge a lot of the photos I work on allows me to get the edges of each item in the photo colored more accurate because I don't have as much square pixels making a jagged edge . Just my opinion , Tommy

It should be automatically added when you install Gigapixel. It should be in the Filter menu. Go Filter and at the bottom of the list will be Topaz. In Lightroom it will under the Photo tab then open in and Topaz should show up.

I just hit install it and it showed up a plugin for both LR and PS. It can also be used stand alone but I don't use it that way as I start with LR for all my processing and cataloging. The installation process seemed to do it all. Same for Sharpen and Denoise.
I am really impressed with what it can do. My passion is wildlife / birding and every once in a while I'll have to crop a great image more than I want, which is when I call on Gigapixel AI. In LRc do your cropping then to go photo -> Edit In -> Gigapixel AI (it showed up in the LRc menu when I installed it) and it will create a tiff copy of your image to edit in Gigapixel AI leaving your original intact. Select your scale factor like 2x, 4x, 6x then play with the settings a bit, apply, save, exit and that gets you back to LRc to finish your editing on the tiff copy. You can even apply Topaz DeNoise or Sharpen after the upres. I feel a bit slimy using it, but, like I said, most of the time the results are really good.
