Took a few this morning...
Nice shooting; the lane is my favorite.
Well, it seems like the winner is the B&W.
Thanks for the input everyone!

Enjoy (hopefully)...
As an old black and white person I realy like # 1. REJ.
Good morning Canis,
Number 1 is my fave (slang from the 60's / British Invasion) although they are all striking. In the 1st image I can easily imagine seeing Legolas and Gimli come strolling down this somewhat mystical footpath followed closely by the rest of the Fellowship. Keep posting!
All the best to you and yours,
Terry
The composition and lighting in #1 are wonderful.

I 'Hobbitized' it a bit for you...
Hi again,
I love it!
This changes the impression considerably for me. Color and the increased light (a brighter and better future following long and difficult struggles?) toward the end of the path now make me feel as if I were walking forward on the path with Gandalf, Bilbo, Frodo and their Elven travelling companions toward the harbor where we will board the vessels that will take us to The Grey Havens after lives long and well lived. Amazing how well done image manipulation can affect ones perception - yes, a 72 year old active imagination does play a part - but nevertheless.
Well done Canis,
Terry
Glad everyone has enjoyed them.
I was just out shooting with the first Sigma Art lens...18-35mm f/1.8.
We'll see how it did tomorrow...hopefully I'll have something.
Did some insect shots.

All nice but #1 stands out for me.
