My wife and I are talking about getting a new car which will give us a second car payment. Lucky we owe just slightly over 10,000 on the subura and with a couple of large payments it will be well below the 10,000 and since I just got a substantial raise it will be doable. She is also talking about changing jobs and will need reliable transportation and not have to depend on our 1973 chevy pickup (full size) since it is such a gas hog.

I have a '97 Ranger bought new. We use it all the time for our craft shows. In 2022 it will be eligible for Pioneer plates. In 2016 we bought a new Prius, and traded in the '89 Civic (also bought new) after 27 years. I will be gone long before the Prius.
I just sold my 1995 Accord with 262,700 miles on the original clutch. I've had Hondas for years. They've never let me down. I love my Hondas.
Have a car and a pickup, both 20 years old and both have less than 100,000 miles on them. Yes, I'm a keeper
Mine's 20 years old and keeping it forever as it'll slowly become a collectors car but I'll never sell it. It's got 120,000 miles on it and I'll keep driving it as it was bought to be driven.
