Letting go of a lens that needs no introduction. It's in excellent condition and lightly used with care. Comes in it's Nikon box with bag, front and rear lens caps, instructions, hood, and a Chiaro 95mm 99-UVBT UV Filter. Priced at $999 + shipping to CONUS, Alaska, and Hawaii. As usual PM to do business. Thanks for looking.

I was going to say that sounds a bit steep. But a great lens! Some one will probably step up with an offer.

Great lens and the price is fair. I doubt anyone will sell this lens for $600. You can always try Roberts camera and buy the Z lens from them. They will probably give you less, but not 600 for sure.

Thank you for clarifying Bruce67's negative and false post. I always do my research and price accordingly but I never respond directly to negative posts as most likely it's a troll attempting to start something. It is beyond me why some folks feel it necessary to police a price on an item what ever the reason. Troublemakers abound on this forum. Best to just ignore them.

Agree. Ebay is around ( about! ) 1100-1400$ and those prices are from a totally unknown seller.

Thaks BP, I advise all such as the member who made an a** of himself to take a long walk on a short pier.

Yes, but the one that sold on eBay had a cracked front element. As my mother used to say, "If you don't have anything good to say, . . . "

For all you interested Hoggers: I've purchased equipment form Gerry and found that he is 100% honest, fair in his price, and accurate in his postings. If I had the need for anything in his "inventory" I would not hesitate to buy it. Anybody who posts a less than complimentary comment about him and his dealings is way off base and obviously has nothing better to do to occupy their time. Bp

My 2 cents worth: I started with a Tamron 150-600 ver. 1, then upped my game by buying the Sigma 150-600 because it was reported and verified to be better between 500-600. Then the 200-500 came along and got great reviews. I saw where a local photographer was selling his in mint condition for 1000.00. I took the Sigma along and compared shots with both lenses. The Nikon was ever so slightly better and I purchased it. Bottom line is the Nikon is well worth the purchase if you can get it at a good price like is being offered. I most likely would have stayed with the Sigma if I had to pay full price for the Nikon.
