Sorry, I was trying to ask for a software stand-alone program that is focused on selecting and printing my RAW and jpeg pictures. Not a plug-in.

Sorry for my lack of proper communication in the topic.

A software program for W10 that will select one or more pictures, and allow the choices listed in my post. Don't want any management, just a (semi) pro level app.

I’m guessing most members use the printer utilities in their post processing program (such as Photoshop or LightRoom) or their printer SW to perform most of the functions you mention, but I don’t know about the collages or the captions (unless they’re on the image proper). There are dozens of printer management aps, but I personally don’t find the need - photoshop lets me mange color correction, quality, size, and my printer SW does the rest such as selecting paper type and orientation. Maybe someone else can assist… Sorry I don’t have a good answer.

Qimage is what you're looking for - I've been using it for over a decade. While not quite a RIP, it will provide you with everything you need.

Seeking a stand-alone photo printer for Windows 10 that will work with laser and inkjet photo printer ie Canon Pro 100.
It has the following features:
Easy direct selection without catalogs.
Selection of color profiles
Paper sizes to 13X19
Selectical paper profiles
Selectical quality levels
Ability to print multiple pictures on a single page ie collage
Insert caption

I do not need another photo processor that had hoops to do a simple add, and print.

What say ya'll?

Your question is unclear.

From what I understand you want, I would get an EcoTank Photo ET-8550 All-in-One Wide-format Supertank Printer.

You need to process your work on a computer to take full advantage of photo printers, however. Otherwise, you're not getting what you paid for.

I think you are looking for software to manage printing process. If so, go to QImage (Binartem). Spend some time on their site studying their videos - it's an excellent solution, Qimage is used by many and provides the flexibility that is missing in most (if not all) post processing printer capabilities.

In spite of the title of your post, I suspect you already have a Canon Pro 100 printer and are just looking for image editing software, but want to keep it pretty simple.

You can simply use Windows browser to locate and select images.

In order to combine images onto a single page (collage) and add captions, you are going to need some basic editing software.

Probably the easiest and most basic would be Adobe Photoshop Elements. Yes, it will do a lot more than you ask in it's "Expert" mode, but you also can set it to "Intermediate" or even "Beginner" mode, if you prefer. It looks like Elements 2021 is no longer available, but the new 2022 version is out and costs $100. (Another version in combination with Adobe Premiere Elements for video editing is $150.... or $25 off the price of each when bought separately).
