I've been working on a list of "100 Places I'd Rather Be Than in the Office". It stems from people asking me what I'm going to do with all that time if, as I plan, I retire at the young age of 55. I always reply, "If you can't think of 100 places you'd rather than in the office I feel bad for you".

While working on the list, I realize that many of the locations I list are places I'd like to photograph. With all that said give me 3 places you'd like to photograph.

I'll start:
1) Yellowstone (was there in 1996 before digital and would love to go back again)
2) Ireland (The Motherland and I'd love to see and photograph it)
3) A Patriots home game from the sidelines

OK your turn...money is no object, where you going?
I've been working on a list of "100 Places I'... (show quote)

1) Colorado and Canadian Rocky Mountains
2) Southwestern Maine
3) Hawaii

Glad you said money is no object because I'd want to buy a modest home or condo in each of those locations to live and photograph at each one - every year from now on. Summer in the mountains, Fall in Maine, and the rest of the year in Hawaii.

If you want to photograph Maine I suggest you buy a place in nearby New Hampshire where there in no State Income Tax. Better the money stays in your pocket.

Mogol! Thanks for the offer on the tornado chase! I'd love to do this sometime - my biggest issue with the diabetes is eating regularly and the urination issue, which is a classic symptom. I don't know if you're familiar but I see these guys on the weather channel don't eat for longer periods of time than most people, which can make your blood sugar sail downwards like a shot! That's just as bad as too high, if not worse! Thanks for the offer though - I do appreciate it!
