I may get flamed until there is further evidence. The blame lies with the prop team
who handles the weapons.
Did he have issues with the person shot, were his finger prints on the cartridges etc.
How did he react when he found out the person was killed.
My father had a starter pistol and at the end of the barrel it was caped with a screw.
Lets wait and see what the findings are.
You may not like him but he has enough money to get justice.

The issue for me is improper handling of the firearm.
Always assume it is loaded and never point it at anything you do not want destroyed.
I still blame him 100% for complete failure to follow proper protocol.
It is NOT the prop people just like it is not the gun.
It is the idiot who pointed the firearm at a person with no knowledge of safety rules etc.

Why would an actor point a gun at the Cinematographer, prop or no prop?

Well if it were you or I we would check to make sure. How many movies etc do they
make with prop guns. Maybe after this incident everyone in the movie entertainment industry will be extra careful.
But let’s not rule out intentional homicide.

Yep…….
Yes there are criminals but there are those that get caught up in the system because
prosecutors just want to pad their record. The job of the criminal justice system (prosecutor) is
to insure that justice is done.
Baldwin will get off because he is a well know entertainer. He'll go on ranting and raving about gun control just like the arrogant idiot he is

How is it that he shot a cinematographer? Was he joking around and aimed it at her before pulling the trigger?

They were making a movie. The cinematographer wields the camera. Guns get filmed pointing at camera.
Clearly, guns must be outlawed,
