It is wonderful how loving rotties can be... trying to watch tv with a rottie pretending to be a lap dog is a killer - I have to move to the sofa so she can perch her body on the chair and head on me...... then we are both comfortable!

I love this Photo.
I was walking downtown a couple of weeks ago, when this man and his dog sat down on the bench. The dog jumped on his lap and didn't move again, even as I approached...

Here is a shot of our beloved Brodie.
A rescued pound pup some 11 years ago, he has been with us through several devastating events, a huge earthquake in which we thought we had lost him, the death of Alli's Dad, and several others.
A gentle German Shorthair Pointer, soft of mouth, large of heart. His time with us is not much longer, and as such, we have dedicated time to memorializing his life with us.
This is a natural light shot of he and Alli on one of our Sun day afternoon excursions. On this day, we found a small shaded grass patch and the three of us enjoyed a Whataburger lunch, although his bag had only a plain/dry hamburger.
Thanks for this Challenge. The picture is now a 16x20 on our wall.

Beautiful picture of Alli and Brodie - these gentle, loving creatures have a way of sneaking in and stealing great chunks of our hearts. Their love is unconditional, savour this precious time and live each day to the fullest
