Just doing the math, doing my part, looking out for ourselves and others. ❤️ Does not guarantee we won’t get Covid, but we are a lot less likely to die from it.
😀
My wife and I received our boosters yesterday afternoon at Walgreen’s. No hesitation.
We got the Moderna vaccine. No boosters recommended yet. If there are we will get them.
Stay safe my friends.

Got my Moderna booster shot eight days ago at Safeway pharmacy. No questions asked. Piece of cake.
I got my first two shots in March. I'm waiting to see what the CDC and FDA recommend. Early on they were saying you should get the booster 8 months later, which would be November for me.
My wife and I got out Pfizer booster shots last Wednesday at CVS, no line, no rash, no pain,. We still wear masks. When I come home from shopping my clothes still go in the washer and I go in the shower, nothing much has changed except IF we get the virus we are much less likely have to go to the hospital

Good for you. But death is not the only thing to worry about. Studies are now showing up to one-third of COVID survivors are showing cognitive symptoms such as slow thinking, difficulty concentrating, and fatigue. Questions are whether or how much these symptoms appear in people that get COVID after being vaccinated, and whether these symptoms are permanent or how long they last. It is worrisome that they are finding things in the brains of autopsied casualties that don't belong there.
So we are vaccinated, still wear masks and engage in social distancing, and plan to get booster shots whenever they are available.

They changed it: current rules are at least 6 months since your second shot.

Best to stay on the defensive with this pandemic. This could be needing boosters every 8 to 12 months the way I see where it is heading.?? We'll SEE
Wow, what a lot of sensible people on here unlike the dumb clots in the attic who won't be with us for much longer
We also got the Moderna vaccine. No boosters recommended yet. When available, we will get them too.

I didn’t know the Moderna booster was available yet. The last I heard it was at least a few weeks away.
