Pictures from Mars

It's amazing that we can see color pictures from Mars. There is a helicopter flying around taking pictures, and a "car" driving around taking pictures and samples. The helicopter takes five pictures at different angles at each location. This give more of a 3-D effect. It also scouts around for locations for the rover to visit or avoid. Most of the pictures are B&W, but they are taking some color shots, too.
Seeing our success, the Chinese are considering a winged craft that would cover more territory. They're still working on their plans. In other words, they're still downloading technical data from NASA.

Mars is just a few miles from where I'm sitting. I know of at least one YouTuber in that area that routinely flies a helicopter drone taking pictures and movies.

You cannot utilize a "winged craft" on Mars as there is no air to flow over and under a wing to generate lift.
