What kind of bird is this?

A couple of birds have a nest in a planter on my balcony. I didn't realize this until I started to move the pot. Between the size of the balcony and the location of the sliding glass doors, these are the only shots I've managed to get. Recognize the bird?

Nice image!!!!
I don't mind them nesting under my front porch roof, but the crap running down the siding drives me crazier than I already am.

it might be a carolina wren...they will a nest just about anywhere.

For the VA area, the strong white eye stripe, especially plus lower dark part, says Carolina Wren. E. House W. short stripes and very little white.
