Very nicely done. Not just in this set, but overall, how do you deal with heat refraction? It seems like it would be a real problem in that type of terrain.

Thanks, Sir Cur. So far as heat refraction goes, though, while I've seen it elsewhere in the country, I can't recall a single instance when I've seen it around here, or had to deal with it photographically. I can only assume its due to a lack of moisture in the air.

All the images are superb, and I especially like the clouds. The second image is my favorite. I imagine myself standing in back of the photographer and seeing two old trees looking into the distance. What a great shot!
