Call me old fashioned but I believe church is for one thing and that is for the worship of God. Straying from that to hold events such as this a mockery. What Flynn said was very inappropriate. At times those on stage will crack jokes that aren't funny but the audience will laugh simply because they think they're supposed to. Many times people will say things without thinking and later regret that they said it. I know I have.

What Flynn said was not “inappropriate”—it was stupid, irresponsible, and offensive. That kind of unthinking statement is indicative of a mindset of a callous idiot.

It has nothing to do with Flynn but a test for you. I posted this before and out of nine pages of replies I didn't see a reply from you so it had me thinking that you criticize only those you oppose. In another post you asked me what freedoms I had lost. I replied none but then gave three examples of people whose careers had been ruined unjustly by cancel culture and asked you if you had any empathy for them. Again no reply. I will be critical of those who do wrong regardless of which party they support. But I wasn't sure you would.
