Facebook Hacked

Hoping to get some ideas here. Someone hacked my Facebook account and changed the password and email associated with this account. I have been unable to recover the account because Facebook wants to send a code to the current email account, which of course I do not know. I have emailed Facebook but have not received a response. I go in circles when I try to use their recovery tool. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Screw Face book!!!! they lost my photo albums 3 times in less than 2 months, when I complained they said all I had to do was repost them. since that time I have not posted anything.

This is just one of the reasons I don't do Facebook.

With video calls so easy and no police or politics my family has basically stopped looking at or posting to Facebook. 99 percent of the time

Just got out of FB timeout. Apparently I made a comment with which they took exception, so no comments, etc. for three days. I will have to mind my p's and q's going forward. Hard to have big brother watching over your shoulder.

I had a similar issue a year or so ago. I ended up getting a second email address and creating a new account. It was easier than trying to jump through all of the invisible hoops FB puts up.

I had the same thing happen to me a few years ago and after getting tired of the ring around the rosey that face book put me through I deleted it from my computer

I sincerely wish I could help you ! Since it's inception I have resisted joining FB. They are insidious in grabbing onto their patrons private info. I would suggest getting out of FB.....ASAP and starting over. I have a feeling they care less about you and will not accommodate you, AT ALL.
