My latest target was the Earle T Anderson Jr Bridge in Maple Grove, MN. I was hoping for something different than what I normally photograph. I've noticed that there is not much variation in the locations that are accessible to me with no car.
I'm hoping to visit the boundary waters next spring.
They look fine but saving the original would allow us to see them enlarged for better evaluation. The Tokina lens is well known for its excellent resolution.
Nice shots with a nice lens. I used to have one of them.
I forgot to click the store original button the first time
Looks like you’ve made a good choice HiMichel, good shots.
Excellent work! You make the lens look good.

Excellent, but that marsh is fabulous 🏆🏆🏆
Very nice shots and a great place to shoot. Thanks for sharing.
Looks great with nice detail. Would have like to seen them in the download. Thanks for sharing.
These are nice. I have the Tokina 11-16 mm lens which I have used on several landscapes. You get great DOF with wide angle lenses.
What you are doing is an excellent challenge to every photographer! Choose a lens to use for the day. Expand your mind/eyes to look for pictures to fit this image format. It can be quite a difficult task. But, it will begin to force you to see and think 'out of the box'. It might even encourage you to use your ultrawide more often because you 'pre-visualized the wide or mid-tele format image of your camera.
I have a 15 to 30mm zoom that was purchased because of a planned trip to Yosemite. It was used there for some images, as intended. And, I need to 'dust it off' and do this kind of exercise to look for images that it can take and I should make with it while home or more nearby than Yosemite. - Or it will sit in the dark, unused. And I will be the loser.

My plan was to shoot exclusively with this lens for at least a month. I'm considering adding one more lens--another prime in the 100-150 range and I'll likey keep that on my camera for a while.
