Anybody here into CB Radio as well as photography?

Here in Tennessee, it is illegal to use a hand held comm device while driving. The ham community got together and received an exception to that rule. Cell phones must use a hands free device but licensed hams may use radio. CB (Channel 11) is not a licensed frequency so I do have to wonder about using it.
I carry a copy of the exception letter in my truck, along with my FFC license.
