Again, I was just browsing, and I checked out a pressure pot that someone online was using. Various places were selling it for hundreds of dollars. Then I saw one listed for $61. The page looked legit, but could anyone think they would be selling a $300 tool for $61 - with free delivery?

If you search the forums for “Peak Travel Tripod” there’s a cautionary tale. A couple of years ago there was an ad for this amazing tripod for $39.99. They never mentioned the Peak name but they used the art work and some of the ad copy from Peak’s Kickstarter campaign. Not only was this a tripod selling for $600 but it wasn’t even available yet. I had seen the Kickstarter and new it was a scam, but someone in my photography club ordered it. After several weeks he received a package from China. In it was a tripod. A really crappy, mostly plastic tripod that I wouldn’t trust to hold a cellphone. He complained to the company and they said they were sorry and offered a $15 refund. He complained to PayPal and they agreed that he should get a refund, but since he received the product he would have to return it first. The cheapest shipping he could find to return it to China was $80. That’s how their scam works.

I saw the headline and didn't know if it was a description of an actual tool or somebody you know, Jerry.

Jerry, the fittings on the top of the tank appear to cost more than $61.00.
So, all together now; "If it looks too good to . . . "
Well, you know the rest, sigh. . . . .

They are a sub-domain of a company out of Denver called Namebright. Site is less than a year old.

Remember also that if you pay high dollar you are also paying for the name or brand. High dollar does not equal high quality.

It doesn't matter because all this company does is take your money.

Here's another "good deal." Rather than pay $569 for a Porter-Cable bandsaw, buy it from Venboutique for $99.20. Go ahead. I dare you. I just did a post about this in reference to "Wish."
