I haven't had much time to break out the camera lately, but here's a quick shot captured when walking the dog this morning. This was done using an iPhone 12 Pro in manual mode, F2.0, ISO 320, 1 sec. Nothing fancy, but we'll see if I can find time for some better shots later in the week.

Nice, it’s pretty amazing what the iPhone can do! I look forward to seeing what you come up with!

Long exposure photography is not something I’ve done often but I wanted to try and capture our local dam with the lights on and get starbursts. These are from two different trips. I realized too late that the second would have been a good candidate for light painting so will try that next time. I did find it very difficult to focus in the dark.
If I remember correctly two shots were completely manual and the 20 second shot was using bulb.

Thank you, a COVID era road trip through our beautiful upper peninsula. 1/25 f4.5 @17mm ISO 400 w/polarizer. EFS 17-55 f2.8 on a Canon T2i. Supported handheld

Wow, these are really wonderful images Marg. I have the same difficulty focusing in the dark. Thank you for sharing them.
