Image #2, if you have 3, can be used with your digital camera as a modified studio lighting system. You will have to experiment with exposure settings, and white balance on your camera.
All the rest of the pictured equipment is for processing film, mostly B&W, but the enlarger can be used to process both Kodachrome and Ektachrome prints. You would have to find more equipment to begin making prints with this equipment.
As for value, try searching for similar items on eBay to get an idea on what others are asking for this equipment. It is possible the greatest value will come from a museum wanting to set up a display of the antique photo processing methods.

I think the light fixtures in #2 are safe lights used with the rest of the dark room equipment. My assumption is based on building my first dark room in the early 50s and spending many hours locked in a dark smelly dungeon filled with smelly caustic chemicals until the late 70s when I discovered I didn't like it and started using commercial labs.
Of course, the chemicals may have melted most of my brain cells, so what do I know.
From what I see...it's all old darkroom stuff, that no one but one who has worked in a darkroom would appreciate (that is in ye old print processing days) The new owner now has (1) a good door stop.. (2) great boat anchor..(3) more junk from the past... my 2 car garage is still full of mine.

Look up on aebay and check for how much they sell. Everything has a buyer, someone who is willing to pay. The value translated in price depends on how much they want it, as someone wisely said.i am always amazed how many "worthless" items are sold on eBay. Some may want them for display value only... Not necessarily to be used. Donating to a class, priceless,
Boy--What a trip down memory lane!!!!

#2 looks exactly like my old safelights.
look at the bulbs, they are probably low watt, like 15 watts, and amber in color. (maybe red, but I always used amber, because it was easier for me to see)
If they are safelights, don't expect enough light to do any photographing.

Awesome!.. so if someone needs a door stop and has a boat, I can make a good sale here...lol
Thanks everyone for your comments! I think those lights are safe lights, and if I understood what my brother told me, they come with rechargable batteries that last about 90 minutes...
I'll just leave it up to him what he wants to do. He will probably just post everything on ebay and see what happens...
Thanks again!
