If you pick a geographic area, you may get more focused suggestions on pro labs. When price isn't an issue, most desired outcomes can be accomplished!
The print lab I rely on for all my photography work is The View Camera Store, Printing and framing.

Where are you? If in a city, look first to patronize one of your local businesses. (There are at least three custom print shops within driving distance of my home in north Seattle, and more in the south end.) Nationally, there are Mpix and Nation's Photo Lab (who did a nice metal print for me).
I've used Meridan Pro for years, great results. I do 16 X 20 printed on metallic paper.

Costco uses Fuji silver paper and chemical process. All done via mail order.

Another vote for Bay. Be sure to download their Ap which not only provides a complete pricelist for different media but also allows you to forgo color correction (which cuts the price dramatically) if you’re using a calibrated workflow.
Thank you ricardo00-I've been wondering about this for some. These folks look like they would be terrific.

A third recommendation for Bay Photo, and for their affiliate Black River Imaging. I use both for large metal prints with excellent results. One plus for BRI versus Bay is the former doesn't charge shipping if you can accept standard delivery (about a week from California to me in NC).
For paper prints, I like White House Custom Color, in Minneapolis. Two-day turnaround, good pricing.
Thanks for asking this question-its been on my mind, but no immediate need. Now I know about Bay.
Thanks again.

For many years, I have used Shutterfly (
www.shutterfly.com). They offer the full range of prints and print products plus free unlimited storage. They’ve done beautiful 30X40 framed canvas prints for me. Very satisfied with their products and service.
Great topic and very helpful responses. This is a great forum.
