Give the poor dear a break
Don't blame everything on Mom
If you’re a Democrat as I am, I want you to get the vaccine. If you’re not, I don’t care.
I hope you encourage your like-minded young friends and family members who are of child bearing age, to follow your example.
Think of it as a liberal conspiracy to reduce the population of conspiratorially minded conservatives. Especially those who follow Q Anon.
😁
Well I like get it or don't post. My family and my wife and i don't get vaccines.
My grandson is autistic and we think mixed with other conditions probably make him autistic.
We know about the vaccine court my daughter lost the case on this issue in DC.
But we all decided that we will have to take whatever risk and get the Covid vaccine.
Why because it is an adult decision to protect family (I live with grandkids) and other people.
And they way we are going you will need the vaccine proof to do many things.
Every time you step off a curb their is an element of risk. And America's passion for having
everything they want now. Like no more health rules. How this got political is beyond me.
I have a close friend who's daughter travels all over the world as a tourist vacationing with
friends. She was going to China and knew I had been their so he asked me what should she
expect. This was a few years ago. My answer tell the group of girls going to bring surgical
face masks because the pollution is overwhelming some of their cities.
What anyone would be playing this game of "I am not getting the vaccine."My wife best friend
lived in FL and we were their for a few years all the time. Early in this pandemic we had returned
to PA she got Covid. The description from her sons was an awful nightmare until the passed
quickly and was gone.

Why do people argue about this topic? If you want one, get it. If you don't, then don’t. That’s all there is to it.
Exactly! I received both Moderna shots as I'd seen several people I know who'd gotten Covid and nearly died. It's been 6 months and they are still recovering with blood clots in their lungs and low to no energy. I think I'd rather have the second shot's, second day symptoms of a slight achy feeling and a fever, which Tylenol took care of within an hour, than to get Covid. People have reactions to many things around us that do not affect the majority of people, like peanuts, shellfish, cats, dogs, bee venom, dust, enteric coatings on medication, penicillin and other life saving drugs. When vaccinating millions of people, there are bound to be some who will have an adverse reaction. Having lived through the polio pandemic back in the late '40s and '50s, and being grateful for Jonas Salk's dedication to finding a way to eradicate polio, I have seen where mass inoculations made a horrible disease nearly extinct. AND the schools gave out the polio drops and shots back then. There was no choice.

Thank you for posting this. I recognized several flaws in the "Why I am not gettin Vacine ...... article but do not have the time or resources to respond. Simply put, 600,000 have died but since then the vacine rate has taken a dramatic turn downward. That doesn't prove anything, but sometimes common sense should be used in the absence of proof. It is unfortunate that there are those that would like others to remain carriers.
One final thought Do vacines work? Anyone ever heard of POLIO??????
I agree a good article.
I was thinking before I read this that even if the death toll was off by 15% it is still to high. The biggest item that I have had an issue with is the lack of leadership from the beginning. We should also not ignore the hospital admission rates. That alone has been astounding with this respiratory disease!
The lack of reasonable opposing voices vs conspiracy theorists' has been a problem. But due to the squeaky wheel syndrome and the current state of Journalism I am not surprised. Looking at the differences in COVID reporting here in the State of MO. USA it is hard to really draw any reliable patterns. I am aware that some health workers are not electing to be immunized. I have not asked them why, yet.
Mask mandates have helped, of that I am certain since we did NOT have a Seasonal Flu outbreak this year. Just for that I am grateful.
I look at the continuing COVID health issues that are happening worldwide, specifically India. I have many friends from that country living here in the USA. They are heartbroken and of course angry.
Yes many things have gone wrong. I guess 1918 was too long ago (I am really sad about the lack of utilizing the lessons learned from that period)
OK I am sticking the soapbox back in the closet for now.
SO KEEP SHARING THOSE GREAT IMAGES EVERYONE! Love this site.

96% of physicians have been vaccinated. I think that's your answer.
According to testimony to Congress from head of the CDC and NIH 50% of their employees chose not to be vaccinated. I have been vaccinated but allow for people to chose as the wish but since the vaccine is widely available I feel no duty to change my lifestyle to accommodate or protect those who choose not to get vaccinated. Like anything else one must assume the risk for their behavior.

As a senior citizen I had the covid virus & was hospitalized for a month. Then in rehab for a long period. While in rehab, I got the shots & it was done pretty much matter-of-factly....like " here's your shots". I was not advised as to any questions about them. That, I feel, was wrong. If I had it to do over, I would have refused the shots. What happens now? Who knows? Six months(approx.) after contacting the virus, I still have altered taste, basically no sense of smell, reduced appetite, & some weakness. These are the symptoms I've noticed. OH,yes...also a reduced bank account partly because there is some "continued treatment" as a result of the virus I'm told. Who can say what the truth is here. All I'm sure of is that the shots have produced no noticeable improvements & perhaps have done harm.

Since you had Covid, my question would have been why did you need the vaccine? Having had it should have given you immunity, at least for some period of time. However, there have been enough Pfizer and Moderna vaccines given without serious side effects that you shouldn't worry.
The main reason I got it was to avoid being booted from the airplane.
