Pan Roasted Salmon, Sauted Spinach and Sweet Potato

The restaurants are fully open with no restrictions so my wife and I dined at Three V’s in Plymouth, MA. I had the pan roasted salmon and my wife had the short ribs. It was our first time eating inside a restaurant since March of 2020. It felt good to be back again.
