I was wandering how one could possibly print a photo from an iPad if you do not have a Wi-Fi enabled printer? Any suggestions??

Email the picture to yourself on a computer that is directly connected to the printer.

Can’t be done without a work-around. Email the photo to yourself on a computer that is hardwired to a printer.

If it's under 20Meg. Most email clients limit total message size to 20Meg.
This includes body text and header info.

Probably converts it to a jpg or something, depending on your computer system. Printers don’t really print RAW anyway.

That was a stupid question anyway. Obviously it would not be a RAW photo that I would be emailing.

I would email a RAW if that's what the person wanted..... If it was under 25Meg. (Comcast is now 25Meg. Hopefully the receiving client will accept 25Meg.)

We have no idea why he would want to do that, he simply asked if it can be done, not whether or not it was useful.
Not a stupid question.
Over 20Meg I would use a file transfer service like One Drive or Drop Box.

I am the OP saying my own question was stupid. But I was wondering in terms of my Sony A7r2's large file size and if it were to be uploaded to my iPad in the field then emailed for editing on my computer. But I could just wait until I get home.

Didn't catch that...

I email JPEGS from my phone a lot, but they are under the mail size limit.
If my phone saved RAW (under 20Meg) I would email those also.
Saves connecting my phone to the computer.

Buy a Wi-Fi printer?

https://www.amazon.com/HP-DeskJet-Wireless-Inkjet-Printer/dp/B08D6YW8G7/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=wi-fi+color+printer&qid=1622740235&sr=8-2

Color, no less.

Assuming, of course, you are not trying to get high-resolution photos.

$60

I am still using my Canon Pro 9000 Mark II and it's just such a great printer, with refillable tanks. It's a hard one to replace

Then, use an SD Adapter (SneakerNet) like these:

For newer iPads:
