I'm doing some grocery shopping tomorrow, but I'll have to make an extra trip today.
Every Monday I check to see what ice cream Stewart's has on sale for $3.39. That's one of the few brands that still sells half gallons, rather than three pints. This week they have my favorite - Mounds of Coconut. I was going to stop at Stewart's on the way home from food shopping, but why wait a day? I'm off!

You scream, I scream, we all scream for Ice Cream. The Jerry Garcia trust makes about the same amount of money off the license for "Cherries Garcia" as they do for his music rights (200-250K). Ben and Jerry's -- Oh Yeah.

Does that have chocolate in it? A lot of people claim the Berkey Creamery on the Penn State Campus produces the best ice cream anywhere. I think you can get a Master's degree in making ice cream! Anyway, I usually only like ice cream with nuts but Penn State's Coconut Chip is one of my favorites. Coconut ice cream with tiny dark chocolate chips. The only other nut-free flavor I like is Cherry Garcia so that puts Coconut Chip in pretty good company!

That was the greatest. When I was at Penn State we went to what they called the Creamery then, often. (When we were not at the Rathskeller)LOL
