Doesn't anyone read the whole thread? That's already been cited and discussed. (The arrangement was from 20 years ago, and there's no evidence that he's done it in years)

I think general knowledge is widely accepted as a source, Mark. One of the biggest reasons listed for divorces is the "co-respondent."

I do not disagree with that being a common reason for divorces/separations. I was asking your source for the Gates' divorce.

Once the story about the other woman came out it seemed to me to be an obvious thorn of contention between the two. We'll have to wait and see if I'm correct or not.

It really is of little interest to me. Initially, I was questioning all the conjectures and insinuations of people on UHH regarding the “divorce”.

But it did "come out". It was mentioned in a book in 1997. It was described as a platonic weekend in the country. There is no evidence it continued after 1997.
