When Rudy Giuliani foolishly offered up what he claimed was "Hunter's hard-drive", the FBI smartly said NO THANK YOU!
They gave it a wide berth.
That's not to say that a different team won't return with a warrant for it, but I won't hold my breath waiting for the drive to be taken into legal custody. The chain of possession is questionable at best on it.

Not at all. I wait for more information to come out before jumping to any conclusion. You jump to conclusions quickly out of emotion and you want it to be true.
As I recall you also jumped on the bandwagon about the bounties on American soldiers even though that was never fact but supposition. You jump on many partisan bandwagons.
If true then prosecute. However, trial by media and/or public opinion - which is your preference - is not a process I believe in.
