Bleeding hearts is the common name for the plants and tiny blossoms that are in the first two pictures. For whatever reason I noticed a lot more of them this spring than I have in previous years. The first two pictures were taken in a section of a nearby park where these and other plants were basically growing wild. And the tree was right next to them. These were the best pictures that resulted from a trip to the park a couple of days ago. All comments are welcome and thanks for looking.

Nice work on the bleeding hearts photos as the depth of field makes for a pleasant background. And good job on your deliberate choice of crop ratios depending on your subject in all three images.

These are nice clear images. It is a matter of personal taste, but I would like to see a little more space around the flowers.

Bleeding hearts self seed. Each flower produces a pod with about 6 seeds in it so a single plant can produce many, many seedlings.
