I have read the article. Chicken little the sky is not falling! This scientist speaks of a property that the earth has exhibited for millions of years. Known as precesion this common motion, as part of the earth axis was known even to the Myans who had calculated its value in order to produce their calendar.The earths axis has a "wobble" as part of the Axis of rotation property. it takes 26,000 years for this wobble to complete one cycle or 72 years to turn one degree. This effect, precession, is the cause of what this scientist is discussing therefore making the physical changes of earth by this and not man causing the problem. This is not a secret from anybody just the known physics of earth astronomers have known for some time. The information can be found with a computer. Key words: precession, nutation and obliquity. Politicians who are ignorant of this are the people blaming the wrong reasons for the earths changes.

That's an interesting concept -- Since "Man" with his weapons can eliminate just about all life on this planet
And has had that ability for almost all of my lifetime.
But your right for the most part --
We still can't consistently make it rain & we sure don't have the ability to eliminate the common cold.

PS: Would be nice if we gave ourselves a sufficient future for our species to work on those problems.
