Looks normal to me. Are you in the wrong section, such as trying for the "Newest Pictures View"? Or, are you signed into the site, instead of browsing as a guest from the main page?

Your screen shot is of the Main Photography Discussion section, which is not for posting pictures. If you click on the newest topics link at the top of the page you will get a list of topics from the sections you are subscribed to. At the bottom of the page is an all sections link where you can subscribe to sections you are interested in.

Not the page he thought he was on?

Morning Star Loc: West coast, North of the 49th N.

I used to look at the "title" of the message first, before opening it.
Now I look for the small green square first, to make sure it is not an ad I'll be opening.
Not interested in ads, and now the ads look too much like the "regular" message listings.

Actually I only used to see the list view when I was logged in. When I was just viewing it looked normal.Viewing in Main Photography Discussion but all sections are looking this way to me. Tried clearing browser cache, etc still looks the way I posted the pic, odd.

I phased it out because apparently a lot of new users didn't realize there are sections they can open to get access to more topics. They would just visit the home page, scroll through those 10 topics, and then leave.

So now we are back to how it was before I added the "active list" on the home page. I had high hopes for that feature when implementing it, but looks like it backfired.

Thought that was just me imagining things. I've been noticing that for the last couple of weeks at least.

Not just you. When my Dell laptop crashed and died, I had to reload a lot of web sites. UHH was one that changed, and the Admin has given the explanation.

PS - I really did enjoy the "old look" with the posting preview.

I'm not sure what you mean. Posting pages haven't changed. Only the home page.
